Bitlis’ten geçerken uğradık. Büryan inanılmaz lezzetli ve eti yumuşacıktı. Yanında ev yapımı ayran servis ediliyor ve o da çok lezzetli. Sahibi tüm masalarla tek tek ilgilenip halimizi hatrımızı sordu. Yemeğimiz biter bitmez çayımız geldi. 07.06.25 bir porsiyon büryan 400 tl. Bir daha yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir mekan

Yıllardır çocukluğumuzdan beri Bitlise her geldiğimizde mutlaka ailecek uğrar yeriz.Misafirlerimizi götürürüz hepside hem hizmetten hem de yedikleri Büryan dan memnun ayrılırlar.Azmi bey eşi ve oğulları İbrahim Bey ile beraber bu işi en iyi yapanlar.Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve saygılı.yolunuz Bitlise düşerse mutlaka uğrayın tadın.

Bitlis merkezde bulunan ve hemen yanında tarihi çarşı ve minarelerin bulunduğu harika lezzeti olan bir büryancı. Mekan oldukça ferah ve otantik, küçük bir avlu etrafında kurulu odalar içinde yer alan bir restoran. Sunumları sade ve hizmet hızlı ayrıca etin tadı da oldukça lezzetli şayet yağlı etin ağır olması gerekirken oldukça hafif geldi. Otopark sıkıntısı bölgede yoğun dönemlerde kesinlikle yaşarsınız ona göre size öneririm tarihi alana girince üst , çarşının üst tarafındaki esnafın olduğu yoldan gelirseniz belki orada yer bulabilirsiniz.

Great büryan restaurant, ok maybe not the best one but quite good. Central location, good büryan and good service. The place is an old rest house and it feels like you are in ancient times.
